Return Policy

At HERI GLOBAL, we prioritize ensuring that all our customers in the United Kingdom are satisfied with their purchases.

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased or wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 14 business days from the day after delivery. If there are any discrepancies with your order or if the items you purchased are defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. You can do this by sending an email to info@heriglobal.com.

In the event that a product arrives damaged due to our negligence, please return the item, and a replacement (if possible) will be dispatched to you free of charge within one business day. If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, we will refund the full amount you paid, provided that the product is unused, untested, and in its original packaging and condition upon receipt.

If you would like to return a purchased product, please email us at info@heriglobal.com with your complete order reference number.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Returns

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
